• «Healthy foods»: A webinar to explore the evolution of consumption trends

Interested in knowing more about «healthy food trends»? A free webinar will take place on Tuesday 5th of April (2pm Rome time),  targeted at Food Sector SME’s and Start-ups, and a part of a European project funded by the Atlantic Area Programme; AHFES. Three experts are going to deal with the topic. I will deliver a short but I hope stimulating presentation on the evolution of the concept of healthy food, from ancient times to the future. Thanks to the adoption of a new transdisciplinary approach to food, many common assumptions about healthy food and healthy eating will be challenged. Curious?
